Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ditowin platform. By accessing or using ditowin, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal to use ditowin. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ditowin ("ditowin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ditowin online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at ditowin.club and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on ditowin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility

- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
ditowin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Registration & KYC
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ditowin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
3.1 Registration Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
ditowin is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID)
- Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. ditowin reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the completion of KYC procedures.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ditowin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ditowin will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify ditowin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
All deposits on the ditowin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ditowin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are generally credited to your ditowin account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ditowin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
- GCash withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- ditowin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays.
- Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
ditowin is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions on the Platform are monitored for suspicious activity. ditowin reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
ditowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the Platform.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion details.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
- ditowin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
6. Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the ditowin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ditowin's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive and final. ditowin's decision on all game outcomes is final and binding.
ditowin reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ditowin Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith
ditowin reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms. Such determinations are final and binding.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ditowin Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ditowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ditowin.
The ditowin name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of ditowin. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ditowin's trademarks, trade names, or branding without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ditowin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
ditowin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ditowin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ditowin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
ditowin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ditowin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and ditowin cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
ditowin will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms. 11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Termination
ditowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
- Extended period of account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

13. Amendments to These Terms
ditowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ditowin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and ditowin, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. ditowin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Metro Manila and waive any objection that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
