No. ditowin strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) is a violation of ditowin's Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. You can update certain account details (such as your contact number or address) by logging in and navigating to Account Settings > Personal Information. Note that your registered name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification, as these are tied to your identity documents. Deposits & Payments
ditowin supports a wide range of Philippine payment methods to make depositing as convenient as possible. Currently accepted methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit at ditowin is ₱100 for most payment methods, including GCash and PayMaya. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant – your ditowin balance is updated in real time once the transaction is confirmed. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take between 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the bank's processing time. ditowin does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees or service charges. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit. ditowin absorbs processing costs on our end to keep the experience as seamless as possible for Filipino players.
Withdrawals & Cashouts
To withdraw your winnings, log in to your ditowin account and go to Wallet > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request.
